1. About The Nerdy Bee

The Nerdy Bee is a monthly subscription service that delivers original poetry, original artwork, a letter of inspiration, and themed goodies by physical mail to subscribers each month. We are a small, independent creative business.

By subscribing to The Nerdy Bee, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not subscribe.

2. Subscription Plans

We currently offer two subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: $7.00 per month, billed monthly and automatically renewed each month.
• 3-Month Plan: $20.00 every three months, billed every three months and automatically renewed.

Both plans are recurring subscriptions. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

3. Billing & Payment

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We accept major credit and debit cards. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to contact you. Failure to update payment information may result in your subscription being paused or cancelled.

4. Subscription Cutoff & Shipping

Envelopes are prepared and shipped on or around the 1st of each month. Shipping times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services once your envelope has been handed to the carrier.

Domestic (U.S.) shipping is included in the subscription price. International shipping is available upon request — please contact us before subscribing for international rates, as additional fees apply.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel before your renewal date.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• You will continue to receive any envelopes already paid for.
• Cancellations do not apply retroactively to past charges.

6. Refund Policy

Because each envelope contains original, handcrafted, and physical items prepared specifically for that month, all sales are final once an envelope has shipped.

If your envelope arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right — replacement or credit, no questions asked.

If you are unsatisfied with your first shipment for any reason, reach out to us and we will do our best to work with you.

7. Address Changes

It is your responsibility to keep your mailing address up to date. Please notify us of any address changes at least 5 days before the 1st of the month to ensure your envelope is sent to the correct address.

We are not responsible for envelopes delivered to an outdated address provided by the subscriber. Reshipment fees may apply for returned mail.

8. Intellectual Property

All poems, artwork, letters, and other creative content included in The Nerdy Bee envelopes are the original work of The Nerdy Bee and its collaborators. All rights are reserved.

Subscribers receive a personal, non-commercial license to enjoy the content. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publish any content from The Nerdy Bee envelopes without written permission.

Sharing on personal social media (tagging us is always appreciated 🐝) is warmly welcomed.

9. Gifts & Third-Party Subscriptions

You may purchase a subscription as a gift for another person. Please ensure you have the recipient's mailing address and their consent to receive mail from us. The purchaser is responsible for all charges and cancellation of gift subscriptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Nerdy Bee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including postal delays, lost mail, or dissatisfaction with creative content. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your current subscription period.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of your subscription after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
